Izatys Tuesday Men's League

No Sandbaggers jumped out to the second half men's league lead, scoring 25.5 points in the Tuesday action, followed by Eagle Ridge (25.5) and Make It Mille Lacs (22). Tim Murphy won low gross with 35 and Jim Strohmeier won low net with 27. Rich Oberfeld followed up his hole in one effort last week with a Closest To Pin on number 3 and Chris Trimble hit CTP on No. 8, Everett Durant won the cash game. Standings behind the top three teams above are: FOW 22, The Blessing 21.5, J Made 20, Fully Loaded 20, Easy Money 18.5, Whoopdangits 18, Easier Money 18, BayView Boys 14.5, Who Will Show up 14.5.

Mille Lacs Golf

The Mille Lacs Lake area offers a variety of quality golf courses which are both challenging and affordable. From Izatys Blackbrook on the south shore, to Fiddlestix mature, tree-lined course on the southeast end, there are courses for all ability levels and they are located all around the lake. Click on the links below to visit each golf course’s web site. Most courses offer beverage carts, driving ranges and clubhouse dining after you play. Try the Mill Lacs Lake Golf Trail: Starting at Fiddlestix, to Higbees, to Izatys. A great time on the big pond and there’s still time to fish.
